3 THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

6.1 If you are a customer of OHMG and we have obtained your contact details in the course of a sale, or you have entered into negotiations for the sale of our products, then we may rely on our legitimate interests to use your personal data and send you marketing correspondence in respect of similar OHMG Water products or services based on your previous purchase(s), unless you have opted out.
